The experience combines live sessions, a private community, and carefully selected member benefits within one integrated ecosystem — not an endless on-demand content library.


2. How do I become a member?

 

You can become a ÇIKA member through our website or the ÇIKA app.

 

Choose your preferred membership plan to access live sessions, community features, and member-only benefits.

 

Memberships purchased through the app are managed via your Apple ID or Google Play account.


3. Is ÇIKA live or on-demand?

 

ÇIKA is primarily live-led.

 

Live sessions form the core of the experience, supporting structure, motivation, and accountability.

 

When available, selected live sessions may include replay access.

ÇIKA is not designed as a traditional on-demand content platform.


4. Who leads the live sessions?

 

Live sessions included in the ÇIKA membership are led by the platform’s founder, Albana Osmani.

 

Occasionally, selected guest professionals may participate in curated experiences at the discretion of the platform.


5. What does my membership include?

 

Your ÇIKA membership includes:

  • Unlimited access to live group workouts and signature sessions led by Albana Osmani

  • Replay access to selected live sessions (when available)

  • Full access to the private ÇIKA community

  • Member-only challenges, rituals, and curated experiences

  • Exclusive 15% member privileges with selected ÇIKA partner businesses

 

All experiences are delivered within one refined, integrated platform.


6. Are private 1:1 sessions included in my membership?

 

No.

 

Private 1:1 sessions are not included in the membership subscription.

 

Membership provides access and visibility, allowing members to request private services separately and optionally.


7. How do private 1:1 sessions with coaches or doctors work?

 

Private 1:1 sessions with coaches, wellness professionals, or licensed medical doctors are offered as independent professional services.

 

These sessions are:

  • Booked individually

  • Based on availability

  • Subject to additional payment

 

Pricing, scheduling, session format, and professional responsibility are determined solely by each independent professional.


8. Where are private bookings and payments handled?

 

Private bookings and payments are handled through dedicated professional booking flows, separate from the ÇIKA membership subscription.

 

This separation ensures transparency, privacy, and clarity for both users and professionals.


9. Are the professionals on ÇIKA verified?

 

Yes.

 

Professionals associated with ÇIKA — including coaches, wellness experts, and medical specialists — undergo a curated review and selection process.

 

However, all professionals act independently, and all services are provided under their own professional responsibility.


10. Can I cancel my membership?

 

Yes.

 

You can cancel your membership at any time through the platform where you originally subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

 

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.


11. Does ÇIKA provide medical advice or treatment?

 

No.

 

ÇIKA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

ÇIKA acts solely as a digital intermediary platform, facilitating access to independent third-party professionals.

 

Any medical, health, or wellness services are provided directly by independent professionals, not by ÇIKA.

 

For medical emergencies, users must contact local emergency services immediately.

ÇIKA handles user data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
