These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ÇIKA platform, including the website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

 

By accessing, creating an account, or using ÇIKA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Platform Role & Scope

 

ÇIKA Wellness operates as a digital intermediary marketplace.

 

ÇIKA does not provide medical, healthcare, or wellness services.

The Platform facilitates access to digital content and enables users to connect with independent third-party professionals, including doctors, wellness professionals, and partner businesses.

 

All services are provided solely by third-party professionals, who operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of ÇIKA.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

 

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You provide accurate and truthful information

  • You are legally capable of entering into these Terms

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

 

ÇIKA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content, Memberships & Platform Features

 

ÇIKA may provide access to:

  • Digital content and educational materials

  • Community features

  • Platform tools and marketplace functionality

 

Access to third-party professionals or partner offers does not constitute a service provided by ÇIKA.

 

Platform features may evolve over time without prior notice.

4. Third-Party Professionals & Services

 

Doctors, wellness professionals, and partners listed on the Platform are independent service providers.

 

ÇIKA:

  • Does not supervise, control, or guarantee their services

  • Does not verify medical outcomes or results

  • Does not participate in consultations, diagnoses, or treatments

 

Any agreement, consultation, or service provided is strictly between the user and the professional.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

 

Payments and subscriptions are processed through third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

 

ÇIKA does not store full payment card details.

 

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the relevant app store settings.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to refunds for past payments, unless required by law.

6. No Medical Advice & No Emergency Use

 

ÇIKA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

The Platform is not a substitute for:

  • Professional medical care

  • Emergency services

  • Licensed healthcare providers

 

For medical emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.

7. User Conduct

 

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or exploit Platform content

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content

  • Attempt to access systems without authorization

 

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content, branding, logos, designs, videos, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of ÇIKA / Reine OÜ, unless otherwise stated.

 

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

 

The Platform may contain links to third-party services or websites.

ÇIKA is not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

 

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

ÇIKA shall not be liable for:

  • Medical, health, or wellness outcomes

  • Actions or omissions of third-party professionals

  • Injuries or damages arising from services provided by others

  • User-generated content

  • Technical interruptions or data loss

 

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ÇIKA, its company, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your interactions with third-party professionals

  • Violation of these Terms

12. Changes to These Terms

 

ÇIKA may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

 

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
